Based on the Shaanxi Auto Military Vehicle Chassis Technology, in collaboration with HUAOU, HanDe, Shibao, and other high-quality industrial chain resources, a new electronic control system based on signal interaction processing and real-time control has been developed. The system utilizes Mechanical by wire instead of wire-controlled hydraulic or pneumatic to create a “fluidless and airless” solid-state chassis. This system enables the electrification of vehicle lateral (steering) and longitudinal (driving and braking) movements, offering quick response and higher control precision. Our electronic control system is better suited for new energy vehicle requirements, with increased modularity and significant lightweight effects. It reduces the number of components by over 800, facilitating assembly and maintenance. We believe that solid-state chassis technology will become the core competitiveness of chassis technologies.
